Looking forward to today`s game

against an inform, but very average Watford outfit. Expect something like 2 or 3-0 nil Spurs, about time they kept a clean sheet. Can see both Lucas and Son getting on the scoresheet.

Good to see the new boy will be on the bench, what a change to see players coming in, and immediately being involved. Eriksen starts as well, as he should do, he is still at the club, and still Spurs best midfielder.

Get the result done and dusted early today, and then sit back and relax for the rest of the day.

Chelsea have a much tougher run than we do in the coming weeks so no time like now to start clawing back points. We could potentially be in the position to overtake them when we next play them again in a month's time if we take all 3 points against Watford, Norwich and Villa, and they drop points against Arsenal, Leicester and United, while hopefully not beating Newcastle later. We have to make the most of this possible advantage.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Spurs were lucky not to be beaten by Norwich and Villa, now the face the in form team in the league. They will get beat today and unless the chairman decides to take action I think you need to be more worried about relegation than top four.

Respect to your optimism, but this side are awful.

This is almost the same side that made it to a CL final so it’s isn’t an awful side! ๐Ÿ™„

The dude has suffered from poor forms and key players being disrupted with contract talks.
Poor management from Levy
Poch and now Jose have been designated as coaches and not managers so Levy is in charge of buying and selling players. Levy has failed to freshen up the side, sort out contracts and so far he’s only got us a loan player and yet we have no known target striker.

The side as is it’s still pretty decent๐Ÿ‘

It’s a facking joke that we do things by the book and other sides just break all rules get away with it.

Conte is already talking about our player and yet nothing has been signed? That’s facking a joke!
Son lifts his foot and gets red carded and yet Robertson leaves his foot on Alderweireld deliberately and no action taken?
That the Spurs that needs to be cut out. Even the official think they can just dodge making a big call for us because we don’t moan as much as other sides?

Relegation? Are you a wum or a Spurs fan?

We won't be getting relegated, and I'm not even that optimistic about our chances of top 4, I'm just saying what we need to do to have a chance, and even if we have struggled with Norwich and Villa before, you can't tell me they are harder than the teams Chelsea will be facing, at least on paper?

Chelsea's next 4 fixtures:

Newcastle away
Arsenal home
Leicester away
Man United home

Spurs' next 4 fixtures:

Watford away
Norwich home
City home
Villa away

They have the tougher fixtures.

If anything Jose has shown he can't beat any of the big teams but has beaten most of the weaker teams.

Stats say that but it’s harsh on Jose as he’s just taken over.
I feel like Jose has a better grasped of our strengths and weakness better now.
I bet you Spurs would be up for it today.

I thought bar Eriksen all our players were brilliant in our last game.

We should be cherishing games like these

Well he's not going to keep losing against the big teams I realise that but so far it's been the real thorn in our side.

Anyway, any optimism I get is from the idea of Jose starting to play GLC, Lamela, Tanganga more often....players who look like they can change our fortunes.

10 points minimum. Spurs also know how to beat City at the new stadium, so wouldn`t be surprised if they beat them next week as well.

The refs are reluctant to make a call against their beloved Pool and United, because of the immense shiete show they will receive from the media. If they fack over Spurs they get less grief than if they fack over the media`s darling clubs.

Take today, Oliverpool (and VAR) ignore a Watford handball and a penalty to Spurs (we`ve seen them given for the same), that would have been an early goal to Spurs and a different game. Then the studs up tackle by Capoue, again not even a yellow card given.

All these decisions are given in the favour of Pool or United if it`s them that benefit from it.
