Ole just confirmed Rashford will be out for 6-8 with a stress fracture to the back.

We need to sign quality and do it ASAP, otherwise we will struggle to finish top 4. CB, AM, Winger and CF needed

Ole seems to be of the opinion that he gets another season no matter what happens this one.

Thats thenerong attitude in my opinion. He should be breaking his back to get us performing now.

I think he isnt working under any pressure which is shocking

Who's fault is that then

No it wasn't. What a silly to say.

And I'd said repeatedly before the Wolves game that I wanst bothers at all by cups this season. So no I woulsnt have minded had he rested Rashford.

We are where we are because of poor managerial appointments (Ole included) and their poor signings.

The club, the fans, and the man himself. Xant imaginenSAF or Pep or any top manager writing off 4 months of a season.

We're not signing 4 players this window. If that's what you're hoping for then you're going to really frustrate yourself.

People will genuinely think this and I've seen posts that indicate as much. We're going to need a good 18 months/2 years, there's just too big a gap at the moment and it isn't football manager where you get rid of 7 players and bring in 8 in one window.

We've made a decent start, we've moved on a lot of older, high earning players and we're seeing who from our academy deserves a spot. I've no doubt that our squad will look very, very different in 18 months but no matter who is in charge, they'll need to do that.

Ole may not be here in 3 or 4 years time but whoever is will certainly have benefitted from the work being done currently, I'm sure of that.

What if they want an offensive RB and a quick CB. What if he wants a proper CF rather than 3 or 4 inside forwards

You all think this is Jose running out to pay Sanchez foolish amounts of money? If Ole has anything to do with it, he'll never sanction the signing of an over the hill player.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Plus, he said this ...

"We’ve had many injuries for big players this season. It’s just an unfortunate situation we’re in. We might look at some short term deals as well that could take us through to the summer.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We'll see. Don't see anyone decent coming in short term to us. We probably should have paid what raiola wanted for Haaland. For now let's get a good young striker and bed him in or let Greenwood sink or swim.

Cavani, Icardi, Werner, Neymar, Aubameyang, Immobilie.

Just go and pay what's needed to get them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Doubt you’d be able to tempt Cavani to join you
Icardi is on loan at PSG so strike him from the list
Werner you could potentially get but i think he’s Bayern bound
Neymar
Aubameyang maybe but again i think he’s headed elsewhere
Immobile you could probably get

He had a release clause. Had nothing to do with a fee or wages. He preferred Dortmund

Why wouldnt Cavani fancy the biggest move of his career ?

Werner, agreed.

I dont know the ins and outs of the Icardi loan, but money solves a lot of things.

PSG are hardly over the moon with Neymar and with Batca struggling to finance a deal , maybe United could. He didnt go to PSG for footballing reasons.

Aubameyang - See RVP
