Utter rubbish. The problems stem form the boardroom. The fans don't have any impact. Especially not the ones that actually support their team.

This is no way to treat a club legend asked to come in and steady the ship.
The poor guy has done his best, hamstrung by those above him while they concentrate on getting official nail clipper sponsors etc. I feel for the guy now, his reputation at United tarnished forever.
