OGS has the backing of the board.....

..... of pretty much every club in the Premier League I would imagine. 😏Seriously though, under what circumstances does he lose his job?
I understand the argument regarding the many other issues that may be beyond his control, injuries, quality of existing squad, useless Cheif Exec, etc, and the patience some have displayed is admirable, but what would have to happen for him to lose his job this season, amongst even his most ardent supporters.

Man United has spiralled down from the immortal position under SAF. Any manager in charge deserves to be given 4 windows to change it around so effectively 3 years of judging the man.

BUT as nice as OGS is - if you guys can get Pochettino in then you need to take that opportunity. If there's a man out there for a project United need it's him.

Heard on the radio the other day that United have spent £800m since Ferguson left. That’s crazy.

Nothing Solsjkaer had done in his managerial career qualified him for the Man Utd job. Nothing, zip. He'd already struggled as manager with Cardiff where he got sacked from.

Not good enough for Cardiff + legend status = good enough for man utd?

Nah.

Also considering his standing in the game ie nowhere, which players would want to come and play FOR Solskjaer? None bar his own kids and family perhaps. Even Haaland said no to Solskjaer.

So if they are not signing for Solskjaer why would some players sign? Transfer fees that agents benefit from, wage packets and being on a big stage.

Basically zero buy-in to Solskjaers methods and all about money and self promotion.

Is it any facking wonder they're struggling?

Klopp has spent £450m

The weird thing is that I’m sure getting CL football gets us more than £12 million

You’d think the club would pay that to Poch to come in and qualify as I’m sure he would.

With Salah Mane VVD and Trent worth £450m by themselves, what was your point?

That's another thing.
Pretty much from minute one, people have, when talking about OGS, and his ability or suitability for the job, been referencing Klopp.
There isn't a singular similarity, in terms of both men's ability to manage, track record, etc, that makes this a fair comparison for the Norwegian.
I suppose maybe Lampards might be more of a suitable comparison.

If they don’t back him in this transfer window he is done, the sight of OT emptying with 15 mins to go last night was alarming these are patient fans but it just isn’t good enough.
