People say Iโ€™m negative but for good reason as there isnโ€™t any positivity. Liverpool our rivals imho will pass our league total of 20 very soon in my opinion and could win another 1 or 2 champions leagues in the near future.

This isn't to criticise the above poster, and plenty think like him, I don't.

Our rivals.
Manchester City, Richest club in the world, great manager.

Liverpool. Great club, fans and manager. Lots of money.

Chelsea.Rich ambitious owner. More trophies than anyone over the last ten years.

Spurs. Great new stadium, decent team, ambitious.

Wolves and Leicester. Rich owners, top class managers, want to break into the big time.

Arsenal. New stadium, owner with money, not doing well at the moment, but that could change.

Us. Rich, famous; so so team.

Now looking at that we have no right to dominate, why not Liverpool or City. So what if Liverpool overtake our PL titles.
Maybe Spurs will have a run at the top, or wolves or Leicester, they've done it once. We have no entitlement to anything, except.....

As a fan I want to see excitement, attacking football, great players, and we are not. Workmanlike wins don't interest me. The only player who provides what I want is Rashford.
Of course I don't go now, when I tune in that's what I hope for, and if I was still going I would want it even more so.

Where are our RVP's, Ronaldo's, Best, Law and Charlton, Giggs, Robbo,Kanchelski, Ruud , Berbatow et al.
Players worth paying to watch, players who do great things, players who want to score goals , attack.

You can't have a team of them, but two or three make going to the match so much better. Who would care if we were in fifth place, but scoring plenty, if we lose, lose by 2 -3 or 3-4.

That's what I want, not a count of trophies, a guarantee of domination, that's never going to happen for ever, only sometimes.

So come on Ole, your hearts in the right place, your playing the youth, get in a star, play a more attacking style and you've got my vote.
If he can't do it, get someone who can.

The stars will need to align for us to get top four.

Our next 6 league games could be key and should tell us about about whether we’ll get top 4

Wolves home
Chelsea away
Watford home
Everton away
Man City home
Spurs away

Saints are bang in form and only 3 points behind. We could very well be behind them soon enough

I am as confident it won’t happen as I was in Ed effing up another window at the start of January.

If we manage six points from these games I’ll be surprised.

little chance of us getting 4th. Need to concentrate everything on Ropey

We got no chance of top 4 unless we get Fernandes and a top striker. These transfers should have been done last summer. 20th best side at finishing away from home.
