Cedric Soares welcome to Arsenal

Cedric good enough to be part of the Portugal team hes good enough for us.

My dad is a Southampton fan, he’s not too concerned Cedric is going. Says he’s a good player on his day but can be inconsistent. Heard him say over last season or so he prefers valery starting over him. His first 3 seasons at Southampton were very good, and last season or so he’s been making noise he wanted to leave. So hopefully with fresh start he regains his consistency

He won’t need any time to adapt and is definitely a good back up option, better than having niles fill in. Will be interesting to see what happens with Niles now

Cedric is a half decent full back who can play left or, more comfortably, right back.
We have two full backs who will start if fit, so it makes a lot of sense to bring in an experienced bit of cover for them.
Saka and AMN have done good to great jobs filling in, but they are not full backs.

Just happy we’re finally addressing defensive issues even though temporarily I wonder if Castor is happy now he has been growling about our defence and midfield etc.

So he is injured for a game that he wouldn't play in anyway and then will be fit. What is the point you are making?

Castor happy?

Just seen a picture of him. He looks like he and Bellerin were separated at birth. Bellerin is his mini me clone

Just wonder what this means for Kolsaniac's future.
