Because having 3 CBs, a sitting midfielder and 2 wing backs gives them more license to get forward.

Think England in the world cup with Alli and Lingard.

5212 would only benefit one of the two. Fred and Matic rarely ventured into the final third.

To get the best out of Pogba and Bruno, we need to play 433. Pogba plays best off the left and Bruno best off the right.

But for some reason, Ole has never played 433 and only ever plays 4231 or 5212.

That's because they were playing away at Man City.

And we dont have a good enough holding midfielder to pull off that 433.

Matic is the closest we have and doesn't have the engine to go every week.

So you would trust either of Pogba or Bruno as one of the two in a 5212?

Tbh, I genuinely believe Bruno has been brought in as Pogba's successor and that we'll sign a deep lying playmaker in the summer with the money we'll get from selling Pogba.

Exactly

Could certainly work although I wouldn’t play AWB at wing back vs the lesser sides. Could certainly play right of a back 3 though.
