Derby County v Stoke City
Pride Park
Enclosing Greggs (closed on match days)
Derby
30 Jan 2020
1945
After the heroics in Luton and snatching defeat from victory, we go into the transfer deadline day with a tricky tie against our embarrassing cousins from down the A50.
Mixed feelings about this, Stoke are in a vein of form, as I know they would be, I said they wouldn't go down. Derby meanwhile have no structure, no coherence and no direction. It doesn't bode well and The Faithful are having their optimism tested. Those that inhabit Twatter and leave early are incandescent but not in a constructive way.
There could be some changes - but will it be transformational? Huddz is still sidelined but Graham Shinnie could make a return - but with any effect? Max Lowe is out for his - stupid boy - which will mean a return for Scot 'Machine' Malone.
Even my off-spring are finding more interesting things to do on a Friday night ....................
Team news from Ang as I will be attending and Vidal will be there looking for me.

The fans of both teams don’t seem happy. They’re so entitled, these people, not like us.

Coping with the sheer weight of history can be a challenge. Whereas we are just happy-go-lucky and above all cool.

Kipling’s two imposters no longer hold any mystery for us, though it seems to me that we have met one a bit more frequently than the other.
