I wouldn't be too quick to ship Mustafi out. Any defender who can keep himself consistently fit is worth his weight in gold when it comes to The Arsenal.

Has mustafi ever been injured for long? Don’t remember anything significant. Bit like giroud when he was here, he never got injured. But About 80% of our players always seem to miss extended spells through a season. Been happening for years for some reason

Mustafi's dodgy hamstrings were a problem, but he's held himself together for quite a while now.

Oh please.

I'd pack his suitcase for him and drive him to the port.

They should change the rules and scrap draws and instead add extra 10 minutes or penalties draws are just awful.

His superior mutant healing aside, none of our other CBs can reliably play out from the back. So until Mari settles and Saliba arrives, we need him playing. Not one for the big fuss to get rid myself. For me he's been blamed and scapegoated for way more than he's actually been responsible for. A big victim of Ozil supporting boo boys desperate to divert any attention from his repeated BS showings. "It was Mustafi's mistake that cost us the game!" When Mustafi was just the poor mug on the end of the fult tilt counter, which wrong-footed half the team and SHOULD have been stopped at the first breaking counter attacker BY OZIL!

A number of players at the club have had to pay the boo boy price because Ozil doesn't tackle and hides away on the wing as soon as he's marked. Mustafi and Xhaka most of all but I think ALL our defenders have been shown up by a counter attack that OUR CAMs (historically) nipped in the bud in the opposition half. Roll on the end of his contract, I can't wait to see a regular 11 who all want it and will play their socks of both ways to win it! Been a thing of the past since he arrived.

Mustafi is a shockingly poor player in every aspect, including playing out from the back. 9/10 of his passes go straight out of play or to the opposition.

Should be kept well away from the first eleven, even Luiz & Sokratis as bad as they are, are better than Mustafi.

I can't believe how poor some people's 'long-term' memories are. This is not even particularly long-term either to be honest.

Mustafi has been absolute garbage for the entire time he's been at Arsenal, this is not related to Ozil.
