Serge Aurier

Aside from the rash challenge on Aguero, I thought Aurier had another decent game on Sunday.

Serge is an aggressive player that wants to win the ball.

As a defender myself, I know what it's like when you think you can nick the ball away and natural instinct takes over.

I know a lot of posters on here have written him off, but I actually think he's been decent under Mourinho.

He's put in some absolute peaches and provides pace and width on the right.

I think it's lazy to say he's not good enough.

We are talking about a player that's won 12 trophies and has won several individual awards throughout his career.

He's got pace, aggression, a decent leap and is pretty good on the ball.

Do people see an improvement under José? Do you want rid? If so, who would you realistically replace him with?

Haven’t read any comments but the whole issue is that he will have a game and then do something utterly stupid. What the fack was he thinking challenging for that ball like that in the box. How many facking pens does he have to give away before he learns. He must be unbelievably thick. Have to upgrade in summer but his recent upturn in overall form will probably get us through the season. However he simply cannot be trusted.

I miss the days of Benny and Cement Boots when we used to get some right hammerings.

I know Sandy won’t like me for this, but not for me. Clownier is not good enough. All good having a few decent games and a couple of nice assists, but he completely ruins it with stupid brain fart moments almost every game. He’s a walking disaster on the playing field. Always prone to giving away penalties. Always prone to red cards. He is not good enough sorry.

What is Aurier's record of cards and penalties?
Games played/per card, and per penalty?
How much worse is he than any other RB in the Prem?

I thought he was improving this season.
Against a player like Aguero an RB may have to take a risk. Actually replays I have watched show it was controversial.

He had some absolute shockers too. He admitted himself he doesn't even like playing football

Marked Ronaldo out of the game when he played right back. And scored that worldy against LiVARpool

For the people still beetching about Aurier:

If Serge didn't bring down Augero giving away the Pen, then:
Lloris wouldn't have saved it.
Sterling didn't attempt to dive to con Mike Dean.
The resulting melee wouldn't have happened.
Zinchenko doesn't get a
Zinchenko doesn't get sent off
We never have the extra man
Serge won us the game

The slightest of shin contact.

There's no doubt Aguero played for it but the ref didn't give it and VAR took 27 minuted to decide.
