Hate to be 'that' guy but that team is unbalanced af. Salah/Sterling would be forced to play like wingbacks which defeats the point of having either of them - neither would have any impact utilized that way. Kante would be left exposed all game, the back three would be stretched all game..... just wouldn't end well.

Replace Salah/Sterling with Robertson & TAA, Ndidi for B.Silva, push KDB up & that's a team that'll be dominant in all phases of the game.

I used the back 3 because Laporte can play LB and Alderweireld can play RB so it has a nice balance to it. The team will dominate most games anyway, so that back 3 with Kante and De Bruyne in front should be sufficient defensively whilst the front 5 can attack.

There’s 13 months between them in age. Yeah 21 starts is in and out the team - Sane got injured at the start of this season. Sterling always been more important upto now..think you’re being very harsh on him

I know you’re a massive sterling fan mate but yeah just don’t rate him. Guy has good off ball movement and a bit of speed.

Still asking players to cover so much ground, the defensive phases would have to be perfect every time. Going forward would also be strictly dependent on the individual quality (which admittedly there's a lot of lol) as the lack of overlap options makes it too easy for the opposition to create cul de sacs.

A good tactic savvy manager with decent players could beat that team.

Anyone picking any keeper other than Allison is just on the wind up!

Leading the clean sheet race having played around 8 games less than anyone else, he’s the safest pair of hands going!

Anyone could play behind that defence and look decent. He missed more than 10 games this season and you barely skipped a beat.

We didnt keep many clean sheets though.

Seem to recall that it took more than 10 games after he returned for Liverpool to keep a clean sheet, so not sure that can be put down to Alisson.

No idea what changed when the clean sheets started coming again - maybe just one of those things.

Rating goalkeepers is such a difficult thing to do - most of us don’t have a clue in all honesty.

It’s such a different position and set of skills to anything else in football.
