10 Klich, zero creativity, constantly gets caught on ball, no goal threat yet gets bummed

12 Shackleton, cripple who while is young and potential, as actually never done anything
13 Roberts all the ability in the world, but never shows anything because it takes him so long to get match fit after missing months of the season constantly
14 Harrison, gets plenty of the ball, works hard but final ball is desperate
15 Pablo, done fook all for 12 months, is finished, but some Kant decided to give him a ten year contract, madness
16 costa works hard but actuality got very little ability passing and crossing
17 bamford is finished at this club, the lack of strikers to replace him as killed him and us. Feel sorry for the lad

Is it Bielsa is failing or he hasn't been given the players he needs? Against us you've seen very well coached and physical but when you run out of huff you've nothing left to break down teams with and will suffer the humiliation of getting beaten by teams of well organised average, like Notts Forest.
Wonder if you had a better striker and a deep lying playmaker you might be able to pick off more teams if Plan A doesn't work n wonder why you didn't try n add more in the summer. Dunno the ins n outs though of your club.

He has never once complained about the players indeed last season said they would get in his Athletic Bilbao side.
Therefore its hard to see that he has not got what he wants, and, that being the case, if he has what he wants and falls short, it is entirely his responsibility.

Sadly I think Bielsa is a pareto man. 80% of things he gets right but the 20% flaws undermine his success. He won't deviate one bit from his methods and too long in the tooth to be pragmatic and adapt to the situations on things like squad size and tactics while your Wilders and others who can, walk away with the results.
I think the board are every bit as culpable. They can sow the FFP seed in our heads in the programme notes all they like but if they hadn't slashed away £40m on 3 and 4 year contracts like confetti giving Orta carte Blanche we wouldn't be in that position.

Dont get me wrong, I'm so thankful we've had him at Leeds for culture and integrity, but if he keeps saying he doesn't need players that club give him everything he needs and players are best in division then he has no excuses for not delivering.
But re integrity, he went to great lengths to explain how Augustin not ready as only played 3 times in 8 months, not fair to fans, club and players if he plays him, then 2 days later he plays him!
Sign of utter desperation.

I still think we will. Because at our best we are by far the best side in this league. We have shown that. Comments making out like we are terrible at everything is clearly wrong. We wouldn’t be second otherwise.
But right now players are playing no where near their best. The level that we have seen from them this season.
Need to sort this out and return to that again now though. Otherwise it will be too late

Not sure what you are basing this on. Best side in this league does not lose to bottom 3 side, does not fail to score in match after match and does not concede soft goals game after game. Promotion is a distant dream after the last 2 months showing I am afraid

I think this gets very extreme in places. There is a clear mental fatigue around the players. Too much pressure, too little confidence, and those aren't things that are easy to change.
He should have brought Meslier in weeks ago. I don't think Casilla is a bad keeper, I just think he is a confidence player who, when he is on the slide, makes mistakes. He shouldn't be in the headlights rn. Same as Bamford.
