That's okay we agree to differ. No worries!

It's a bit of both. We lack some quality but this team were good enough to win 7 in a row, didn't lose a game from October till December.

The confidence has gone from this team. They didn't believe they could win yesterday and that comes from leaders in the dressing room and the manager.

I think if a new owner does come in the first thing they should do is try and sign the Brentford scout who clearly knows a good quality player when they see one.

As was suggested, we don't have a Vinny, Batty, that wasn't afraid to mix it up and be fighters. Maybe Bielsa wants gentlemen and appear to be doing the right thing all the time being nice. Last season showed that when he decided to let Villa score unapposed because one of their players injured himself. That was the turning point for Pontus with him. No other team would have done that regardless of what they say, even Villa themselves have carried on and scored when an opposing player was down. As on another thread "we don't know how to win ugly". I like Bielsa but I think it was Harvey Smith that said "when you are losing, they put their arm round you and say all the nice things, but as soon as you start winning, they start to call you a right b*****d". Maybe it's time for Bielsa in his life to not be liked by the opposition.

Regarding quality of players it really boils down tj Radrizannis admission in 2017

Add to that Bielsa having string reputation fir developing players rather than club syccesssbd then Ortas admission that AR asked “if money was no object who would you get” and you have to wi Der if wgat AR actually wanted was a coach to improve players fir resale value :

The days of having a ‘Vinny Jones’ player are gone. We need better quality players, not people kicking lumps out the opposition.
