Onana

Links in today's papers with the ajax stopper, from the bits I've seen of him I think he'd be a solid signing, good age and I can't imagine he'd cost the earth based on the previous players they've sold. Just need them to throw in ziyech and id be very happy

A top class keeper, and I for one would like him to play for Chelsea, also Onana, seems a great name for a musical rendition for the fans to come up with !

Onana looks very promising. Bit brutal on Kepa but if the club traded them I wouldn't necessarily have problems with it, both potentially world class keepers - just punting on one over another.

Ziyech would be very exciting. I'm absolutely floored he's not moved from Ajax yet, he must have attitude problems or something cos the reported 40mil buyout is a snip for him. So skillful & unpredictable, when Mount's grafting isn't cutting it throw him on & he'd make something happen.

The problem is our dutch league is a joke of competition were the keepers are not tested enough with set pieces. His height might me a problem but he is very good with his feet.

Never heard of him. Is this another zappacosta/bakayoko level signing?

Onana is 1.90 metres in height whereas Kepa is only 1.86metres. So if anyone has issues with their height as a goalkeeper then it's Kepa.

Problem with signing Onana is his international team...Cameroon are hosting the African cup of nations in 2021, he's going to play in that mid-season.

Leads me to believe move won't happen.
Offloading Kepa won't be easy either, if club are planning to recoup money.

I don't think that him playing in the ACON makes a jot of difference to whether or not we sign him.
