Dishonestly gaining an advantage. There's no context needed, that's what cheating means. It looks like City have been caught out, somewhat ironically by hacking.

Apologies btw. I argued with you about PL FFP and UEFA FFP, which I wrongly took as the same thing. 2011-12 wasn't relevant to the Premier League. Ignorance on my part, rather than being a pedant

No worries at all merry, lots of people assume the same. There’s a few differences between the actual criteria too, but most fans don’t need to know about them (I’m envious of them )

Yes, you didn't even have appropriate oversight from the refs in the seasons you won. Telling that as soon as the rules are applied more consistently tou find yourselves 25 points adrift.
