Gazza isn’t a brilliant example, there will always be some who think he brought on his own demise. But there still will be a lot of people who feel sorry for him.

Yeh. There would be some men in there with old school traditions too that wouldn't be too sympathetic with Gazza. I know that the older men in my family wouldn't have too much sympathy with him. As they didn't with Best. But they can still appreciate both men's footballing ability.

If you really think Gazza would see less public sympathy than Flack is seeing them I think you’re deluded.

But that aside, do you actually have any credible examples to back up your point?

I didn't backtrack on anything. You are back in your alternate reality again. Go read my first 3 comments on this thread. You misread or misunderstood my first comment. If you couldn't work out your mistake from my second and third comments then I can't really help you.

You made a comment about she general reaction and backed it up with what you’d seen on Facebook, along with a hypothetical situation.

You then tried to claim that you were only referring to those Facebook people and you’ve been unable to offer any example involving a male to back up your point.
