Pleased with the result obviously, the frustrating thing is we cant put more complete performances together but hopefully this is a staging post for the rest of the season. One thing that was concerning today was Bellerin though. The amount of times he keeps coming inside is starting to really cause problems down that side. I guess that makes Pepe's performance even better in that he was always facing up to two defenders with Bellerin not making runs on the outside. If you compare him to Saka who is inexperienced and playing in a foreign position he's putting Bellerin to shame. Its disappointing because I was hoping after his injury he was going to come back and be re-energize but he just doesnt look like he's got that burst of pace anymore maybe that's why he doesnt try to go on the outside. If he doesnt improve soon then Soares should get a chance when he's fit.

Its tactical OP.
Bellerin is playing behind Pepe who stays wide on the wing as a wing player should.
On the other hand Aubamenyang is cutting in to be the second striker, thereby leaving space for Saka to be a winger.

I’d be more worried about how he was defending. Saint Maximan had him on toast for the entire match
