No it isn't. The method in how you gain access determines if it is hacking or not. Using a password from a former colleague is called 'Password sharing', not hacking.

I would attempt to explain 'hacking' to you but I don't think you would have the ability to process it.

No one knows what it was. The details have never been published.

We aren't American though.

No. It would be a criminal offence if there had been theft of intellectual property or the information was being used to commit a fraud or for blackmail. If anything this would be a civil case and the clubs have already agreed a settlement so end of.

Who do you think would be sent down anyway? Were you hoping it would be Klopp or Sadio Mané?
