IF Pogba stays and is motivated and excited to play for Utd that would be a possible HUGE part of the jigsaw?

A couple of high standard signings and that would obvs be a large step in the right direction.

Odeon's taking a massive pay cut to play for us. Won't he need to return to China after the loan? I'd like him to stay, but surely we're not going to offer a 30-year old player a long-term contract, so if this is the next Larsson-type of loan - it's all good.

Let’s not get too carried away with Ighalo

He’s scored against a 10 men Brugge and Derby’s reserves

I genuinely want him to succeed as it’s a feel good story and he seems like such a nice guy who really wants to play for us. Just need him to do it against decent opposition in order to justify a full time move

Robb makes a reasonable point. I desperately want this feel-good story to end well but it's very early to draw conclusions about his long-term suitability.

No one is worried about that. He was brought in as back up and will probably go back as we will go string in the summer. What i cant understand is this guy has been decent for us in the games hes played yet tw@s like NOBB will still try and put a downer out. Fack NOBB. The filtering little b33ch.

It didn't come across that way. You're coming across like you're desperate for a fight.

I think ighalo may stay if we sign someone like sancho as we won’t be able to sign another top class forward also and have a feeling pogba may stay also.

If he continues to do well there's value in that tho

Rashford martial and Greenwood are all improving and developing

If we got sancho and a midfielder... Ighalo for a year or so could make sense

Assuming he continues to impress

As a Celt I fcking ADORE him

Yeah but I’m saying Rashford can do that, which is why I prefer him there to Martial. I do think with Martial, Rashford and Greenwood in the squad we’ve three very different forwards capable of playing there, so having a back up striker - like Ighalo - is probably ok for the moment considering the striker market has slim pickings.
