VAR. Again.

Just fack off. Just bin it.

We’ve tried it. It’s a joke. Get rid.

“The technology isn’t the problem. It’s the people making the decisions."

It can’t exist without the people making the facking decisions!

The question is, is it improving the game? Is it improving the viewing experience?

And no. No, it is not. For me, it’s the worst change to the game in its 150 year history.

Doubt those at Utd want it binning tbh

I don’t care about that, at all.

Even if I knew we wouldn’t have one against us the entire rest of the season, I’d bin it tomorrow.

Just had one of your boys, Mason whatshisface, saying this wasn't a penalty. 🤔

problem is even though prem refs are incompetent VAR still forces them to get more decisions right even if its not as many as it should be its helping.

Once theyre forced to take responsibility and look at the monitors pitch side to make the correct decision, stop protecting themselves with silly clear and obvious errors and just make them go straight over to review it itll be better. Also itll improve once a few footballing laws are changed to help implement VAR etc.

people spitting dummies out wanting it binned are complete tools.

The whole point of var is to get decisions correct

no, its to help get more correct. a lot still comes down to interpretation which is being hindered atm by Prem refs decision not to use pitch side monitors.

Sums it up perfectly

I’m ok with it, we’ve benefitted loads from it, that it failed us today just balances out in the grand scheme.

Sure there was contact, but it was more of a touch than a knock that caused “Fred to take a tumble”. Unlucky for Utd, both the ref and VAR didn’t fall for Fred’s theatrical dive. Fred correctly booked imo.

That said a well deserved victory for Man U today.

The delays are very annoying but I prefer it to pre VAR when 100% of 50/50 decisions went in United's favour. Now it's only around 90% so a big improvement
