I know it's early but based on what we've seen so far would anybody be against keeping him on permanently if we can get him for cheap as a back up option. He was absolute quality for the few minutes he was on his touch and link up play is on a different level to our other strikers. I also feel he offers a bit more movement in and around the box.
Pretty impressed with him so far.

He plays up top, further forwardmore than anything else we've got which in turn gives the Midfield more room to play, more of the pitch to get at teams

He's 30? and he isn't sought after by others. But he'd be a useful addition to this squad.

when he brought down the ball from a long punt first time, shielded it then brought the midfield into play, I was instantly reminded of what happened when we tried that with lukaku

I’d be happy with him at the club but not at the expense of bringing in one more forward player.
