Should have been overturned. I don't blame the referee there as in real time it did look like he pushed his arm into the ball. I guess the VAR officials hid behind this 'clear and obvious' nonsense.

The offside was tight and from the replays I couldn't see if it was or not and this is what people are calling out for, although strange that it's implemented during the season, if that is what happened.

Another example of how stupid the PL VAR is. In other leagues , since it was a close call , the ref himself would go over to the sideline and look at the replay and make HIS DECISION , instead of leaving it up to some idiot sitting on a toilet in a public WC somewhere in London.
