As the day closes out, i can confirm that by tomorrow an announcement will be made that all divisions in England will be shut down and the seasons ended as void. This comes as the spread of Coronavirus ravages through Europe.
Some had hoped that the season would continue with games played behind closed doors, however due to objections from football league and some premier league sides over a reliance on match day revenues clubs and officials have been unable to agree unanimously as is required.
The end result is that the football season will be shut down tomorrow in the hope that it can be resumed in 4 weeks time, however should the spread of the virus continue beyond that, the season will be wiped from the history books and will start up again for the 2020/21 season with no relegations or promotions . All European qualifications will revert to 18/19 season

All clubs in the division (I'll stick to the premier league here) have to agree to changes. Clubs have already rejected behind closed doors games due to a reliance on match day income.
Clubs will not accept the season ending now without playing all 38 games if they are in a relegation position as they will lose hundreds of millions in TV revenue. Clubs fighting for a top 4 spit will also not agree.
Only solution is to void the entire campaign

The World Health Organisation has announced that dogs cannot contract the Corona plague. Dogs previously held in quarantine can now be released. To be clear, WHO let the dogs out.
