The RB Leipzig goalkeeper who played Tuesday night against Tottenham has tested positive for the Corona Virus!!

The Spurs players are being advised they don't need to self isolate as they didn't get anywhere near him!!

People are reacting more to this because it is new. We do have plenty of things that kills large numbers of people every year.But we don't panic about that.

What plenty of things. I can only think of flu, and I get vaccinate against that.

Measles has the same % of people who die from it as Covid but infects over 3x the number of people than covid does.

Also Birdflu infected the same number of people as covid does but it’s % of people who die was 60x the number of covid.

Vaccines are safe. They take measures to make them safe.

Good time to be in the far flung reaches of the world right now, we’ve only had 5 cases total in NZ so far and all are better now and back in society.

Really don’t think there would be any harm in the euros being shifted a year and the premier league suspending games for 30 days or something while everyone gets on top of this.
