What about European qualification? Doubt Leicester will be happy if they give it to the same teams from last year.

yeah they will be fuming if that happens and rightfully so.

I just don't get reverting back to last years table at all

If we get crowned champions surely the CL places have to come from the current table as well

I just don't get reverting back to last years table at all

If we get crowned champions surely the CL places have to come from the current table as well

Tbh it won't favour United either. We're in with a real chance of top 4, but if the season is finished now, we're reliant on City being kicked out of CL for us to qualify. Obviously the Leicester example is more extreme though

But then you have Sheffield who have a game in hand and would arguably be above united if they won it. Law suites incoming.

Yeah that's completely right. Didn't actually realise that. I think there's a similar situation in the relegation battle, where Villa (against Sheff United I believe) have a game in hand. And any result other than a draw in that game would lead to changes of position at either end of the table
