The Nhs

Yes we all use this service, yes we all moan about waiting times, yes we all moan about bloods being took, yes we moan about appointments being changed and everything thing else that involves a visit to hospital,I`m probally one of the biggest moaners and I use the Nhs frequently due to health issues.

In these times Uncertainty and fear due to this "new" virus, please take a moment to wish all these guys & girls all the best as this begins to hit the health service like a ton of bricks in the coming days/weeks ahead.People who really do care, some even doing 48 hour shifts! Only to find shop shelves empty (get a grip)

Anyone see the report last night from the Hospital in Italy? A very well run modern hospital at breaking point, some of the scenes were really grim and the poor health care workers are exhausted but still carry on the Fight.

So yeah our National Health Service...Take a bow people & a HUGE big thanks for what you all do in good & bad times.

This is fooking grim aint it! Mothers day anaw, mines is up the road, flowers and a card sent, will phone her soon after my cuppa,I know she`ll be in

Thoughts on this tho,the motherinlaw (79) lives alone and only 2 minutes away,my wife visits her for 2-3 hours a day every day, Last night Boris was saying don`t visit your mothers, harsh but I can understand why.

Wife and her mother are fine health wise, motherinlaw has a few underlying problems that come with her age, wife has a face mask, should she visit today of all days just for an hour even?

Thoughts guys.

Two minutes away?

Get her round and chap the window or the door. Stand three feet back and have a few minutes chinwag. Make sure all hands are scrubbed before and after visit. Leave flowers on the path. It’s a nice day.

No hugs or kisses.

That last bit was for you to me btw.

She is mate but we can’t get a hold of her or my dad this morning. Sat in their back garden with a cup of tea and oblivious to the world no doubt

I hope so anyway. They deserve it.
