Kerry Oots In The Park

Was the start of my downfall in 1971 & looks like it's coming back.

Been oot & aboot for nigh on 2 weeks. Came back today to a different

reality to the one I left. Off the West Highland Line at Dalmuir waiting

for my lift went in for a well deserved pint. Just 5 auld punters 6

including me and an auld doll behind the bar who was vaping. Johnson

came on the telly announcing the pub stuff. The doll behind the bar

took out a cig & started smoking it to the punters' cheers.

Not minimising any individual's or group's fears or plight.

But we will get through this.

My eldest has got it. He flat shares with a junior doctor and he was showing all the signs. Both of them self isolated since Monday.

Says he’s been awful over Wednesday and yesterday. Went for a run the silly fwcker and says his chest tightened up so much he almost collapsed.

All the typical signs. Aching all over. Dry cough. Difficulty in breathing. Thinks he’s getting there thigh but to the same opinion he’s going nowhere near a hospital. Really worried about him but he says he’s fine.

Brutal mate. Sure he'll be fine. I guess people who have had it and shaken it are in good shape.

I took a short walk yesterday. Felt about 90 when I got home so know what he was feeling

How's your old dear?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Don’t want to over analyse it and could be miles off the mark but about 2 weeks ago woke up aching all over, shortness of breath, off my food, shocking heartburn and totally shattered.

Went on for about 9 days non stop and just seemed to recover. Felt awful and didn’t even think it was this thing as it happened just before all this week’s bad news. The comfort I take is of it was then hopefully that’s it and maybe got som immunity. More importantly if I have got through it my boy will. If it wasn’t then I’ve no idea what took me down.

Mum is recovering physically and seeing as they’re not going out with recent events hasn’t had to face the fear factor of stepping outside again yet. Appreciate you asking mate

Woke up through the night with a headache, shivers, and body in pieces.

No shortness of breath, cough, or fever so hoping it's just a general cold I've picked up.

yeah i was the same last sunday, temperature, headache and shivers. So been in asolation this week. Didnt develop a cough and temperature gone since yesterday.

Stay home, stay safe, watch all yer box sets and if your symptoms worsen get on to NHS

Aye keeping an eye on it, the fifth day of symptoms is often key according to a lot of info being shared.. it's when the body starts to overreact and make you seriously ill, end up with viral pneumonia and potential scarring of the lungs.
