We'll see some heroic and inspiring behaviour in the coming months.
These people should never be forgotten and their deeds should be praised and rewarded where possible. Unfortunately we'll never know who most of them are.
Sadly, we'll also see some reprehensible stuff from individuals and corporations.
These should never be forgotten either.
Whilst some will be more serious than others, they all need to be named and shamed.

I don't believe that it was an admin error but, even if it was, it's still bad enough to rate a mention.
BT Sport
For making people sit on the phone for hours (and many will give up) to cancel/pause their subscriptions. Sky have had it on line for at least 24 hours. Easy.
Banks and Financial Institutions
For their tardiness in passing on interest rate reductions to mortgage payers. They almost all managed to pass on the last rate increase within 24 hours.
Richard Branson
No comment necessary. A 'national treasure' who is actually a parasitic disgrace.
Assuming I'm able, I'm planning to spend my retirement hounding these people and companies.

So in Ottawa apparently at the grocery stores, cashiers are now behind Plexiglas and there is a set up to allow you to sanitize your trolley on the way in ..
