Seriously how good was he.
Stats are often a fair indicator of a players ability and productivity, but Mousa was a prime example that they're not the be all and end all.
What a monster of a player he was, I just wish we had him at his best for a longer perio.
Mousa Dembele

think he would be no where near that level under Jose tbh. Poch brought the best out of Dembele fore sure.

He was a forward at Fulham.
At times when I watched him he was unplayable and he would glide past players and I even remember when Henderson bounced off him when trying to shoulder barge him but for that ability he should have produced more. Always took the safe option.

Fair comment, but equally I think the wider point is that what he brought to a team didn't need measuring in goals and assists. He was often the assist-to-the-assist player, or at the very least he'd transition play single-handedly to the point that the opposition were opened up enough that other players could put the final pieces together

It is no coincidence the rot in our team started when he left and wasn`t replaced

Disagree completely. The safe option would be passing it sideways or backwards, ie Winks or Dier. Dembele would carry the bell past a couple if players before giving it.
We miss that massively at Spurs though there’s signs that NDombele could bring that if he can get fit.

I am sure if Dembele was playing the CL final, we would have won
