Just riffing on some ideas..
With the season not likely to come back until the summer and at least a month of pre season needed to even get these players back on the pitch, it will affect next season
Soooo, why not cancel this season altogether but next season start teams with point advantages - maybe give Liverpool a 9 point headstart. Give Leeds and West Brom 6 point head starts etc
Obviously it’s trickier than just that but would Liverpool fans begrudgingly accept if the season was cancelled and voided that next season they get a headstart to make an unfair situation a little bit less unfair?

Liverpool are 29 points ahead of 3rd place and we LFC only get a 9 point lead to start next season off?

Your not kind your being bias..if you want to add points from a previous season. don't take points off a team with a gigantic league. You only giving LFC 9 points. so you think you think you team has a chance of the title. Get real.

the solution to me is simple. Start the season in July. add 9 fixtures to next season.so you finish the current season then start the next one straight away.
we have 3 months to see how things go..Ie April May and June
You can easily play 47 games from July to May.
Teams should have the rights to opt out of the cups if they want.

And secondly I’m just riffing. If next season Liverpool started with a 15 point advantage i wouldn’t mind at all
It’s not really about the exact amount of points - more a potential solution to be fair to everyone IF the season doesn’t start for a while
