Normally I would agree with Lauders, but in this instance we are not dealing with normal. This guy was responsible for numerous murders and he tortured a teenage boy and chopped him into pieces.

The boy was still alive when he chopped off his c2ck and other body parts. He destroyed his body.. A 17 year old boy.
