Titanic’s most prominent passengers are now making their way to Cherbourg, France, a port where they’ll board the ship the on April 10th, 108 years ago.
American multi-millionnaire John Jacob Astor and his second wife, Madeleine, are arriving. They will soon board Titanic heading to America, where they plan to await the birth of their baby.
Manchester United fans could plan a visit to modern day Cherbourg and La Cité de la Mer, a maritime museum featuring exhibits about underwater exploration and the voyage of Titanic as well as the deepest aquarium in Europe.
Arsenal fans could join them, to see models of underwater vehicles used in the exploration of Titanic’s wreck site, including the Nautile and Alvin. With slim chances of any football soon, this is an opportunity and an open invitation for both sets of supporters to plan a trip together. Who would be your prominent passenger to Cherbourg?

Let's hope it doesn't turn out to be like the SS Waratah.
c Tradewinds and Oceans currents, published in 1914.
The S.S. Waratah aka Australia's titanic did disappear in 1909 and unlike the titanic...its fate is unknown.

Meanwhile Cinci's great great uncle is carrying out maintenance checks and doing his rounds in the bowels of the ship.
