Right who watched it?
Final episode was on last night after Sunday's penultimate episode.
Cracking TV show filmed right on our doorsteps. Local writer, no fake accents, great storyline, excellently delivered. The drone shots of Glasgow and the surrounding areas actually made Glasgow look tremendous at times.
For once it was good to see a show on BBC not get dragged into requiring a further series to finish a storyline. Yes they could make a second series if they wanted but this story can stay finished.
Like any show you can pick holes in it but I thought the social worker lady was terrific in how she played her part. My only minor gripe was how inaccurately they portrayed the hearing at the very end.
If you haven't watched it then off you pop - 5 episodes to watch.

And its not a Celticy thing before someone throws that in. James McAvoy is one of yours and I think he is a terrific actor.

McAvoy is a world class actor. One of those who is pretty much the best actor in any film he's in.

was actually a very funny show, matt le blanc much smarter actor than he is given credit for

I don't think Compston is anywhere near the level of McAvoy as an actor and he'd be the first to admit that.
I thought the series was very good, one of the best regarding Glasgow and it's surroundings that i have watched anyway.
The maw's voice was going right through me though.
