So with the vote from our friends across the street, United have been confirmed as champions and will be promoted to the Premiership.
It's a total anti-climax to be honest
I think we deserved our day in the stadium and I'm disappointed we won't get that. I think after everything we've endured over the last few years we deserved it.
Sadly it's been determined in a less than satisfactory way and it feels like we've benefitted from a farce. The repercussions will rumble on and the sham of league reconstruction will be snuffed out in due course. Congratulations also to Raith and Cove.
It'll be muted celebrations in the Ivan household tonight with a few Czech beers and a phone call to my old man. It was never going to be a wild celebration but I really did hope for at least a pint with those who endured with me. I cannot stress how challenging it's been to keep going over the last few years because it has been dreadful to watch.
But at least we're back where we believe we should be.
