Spurs new players for this season

19/20. How does everybody rate them, marks out of 10. Have their been successes and failures?

My ratings

Lo Celso 8
Bergwijn 6
Fernandes 5
Sessignon 4
Ndombele 3
Clarke n/a

Lo Celso to me has been our best buy, I will hold my hands up to getting that one wrong, didn`t think he would make it, but he looks a real classy players. Bergwijn has done OK, and chipped in with a couple of goals, and Fernandes looks like he has improvement in him, and I quite like his energy. Sessignon and Ndombele have been the biggest disappointments. Sessignon maybe the step up has been too much, but his is still very young. Ndombele has been a huge disappointment, and I wouldn`t expect him to be around for much longer, but again I hope he proves me wrong.

I would say my assessments are about right, others may disagree.

8 is too high for Lo Celso. 7 is about eight.

Ted, as usual you are behind the eight ball. This article is about rating Spurs new signings this summer, not about March and April. Try to keep up old boy.

You must mean LAST SUMMER?
Get your years straight old boy!!
And I cannot imagine even wanting to do that!
The poor fellows haven't played a complete season... how on earth would a ranking be interesting?
NDombele?
As I said..."a slow day"

Only reason they want rid of Umtiti is because he's injury-prone. He's a better player than Lenglet but he can't stay fit. If people have turned against Ndombele (who's even more talented than Umtiti, albeit obviously completely different positions) then I don't think they'd like Umtiti much. Semedo would be brilliant, though. Facking rapid.

On-topic:

Lo Celso: 8 (but needs more goals and assists)

Bergwijn: 6 (too early to call him a true success but obviously positive in bursts)

Ndombele: 5 (flashes of excellence but overall not enough)

Gedson: 5 (aside from coming with lower expectations, can't see what he's done to merit a higher mark than Ndombele, who has at least affected a few games)

Sessegnon: 4 (hasn't really done anything and has been just as injury-prone as the much-criticised Ndombele. Ndombele has played 27 times, Sessegnon only 12...)

Clarke: 0 (completely pointless)

afternoon

Is it? Can't even tell any more

They finally sack you then?
