In the Telegraph today, Jason Burt has done an article on EUFA/CL/PL, all very interesting by a good investigative sports journalist.
But what caught my eye, in these dismal non-football playing days, stay at home, nothing to do, death and destruction all around us, no light at the end of the tunnel, etc., was the accompanying photo. Its of Mo, LFC v. Spurs, Anfield(?) I think he’s taking a penalty. The balance, the concentration, the sheer beauty of the moment is caught on camera.
It brought a smile, a very big smile to my face.
Happy days.
To all of my fellow Reds and those who envy us, may you all see yourselves and your own through these tragic times.
