Ligue 2 promoted Lorient as Champions who had 10 games left and were a point clear of 2nd. Just 4 points seprated 1st to 5th! Not the way we want to do it ofcourse, undeserving and unfair on the other promotion, but its a dam site better than Null and Void and NO promotions which was a serious worry earlier in the week.

I said last week not all players are going to be up for extending contracts, not all players want to play and risk health of family, I think Glenn Murray has come out and sai dexactly that today.
Unfortunately loads of moving parts involved and you need everyone to back it to make it work ie continuing season and its just never going to happen.

Id rather wait until next year to finish this season just so it can be done properly. Season 20/21 might aswell be chucked in the bin if no fans can go until next season.

Nah. Would work ok for some clubs and not at all for others. Financial constraints of behind closed doors and contracts will force the hand of some League one and two clubs, which will be the end of the EFL season in my opinion.
My gut is you'll end up going up with or without a completed season though, so I'm not saying it to wind anyone up.
