Well done Boris and the Government for reaching its set out target of 100,000 tests a day by the end of the month

It seems it just continues to defy the odds, the doom merchants and all those that said it canβt be done and hoping it wouldnβt be done just so they could yet again criticise and berate - well not in this instance
Itβs doing an amazing job in unprecedented times, letβs not forget them when the applause is being dished out
YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU (part 10)

'It would have bankrupted the Country, it was promises, promises, promises, absolute desperation of promising the whole world with no strategy or back up plan...'
Just... wow! The facking irony here.

The Trade Unions and Momentum are the ones solely responsible for the current tenure of the Conservatives - pushing the likes of Corbyn and his cronies into the frontline was suicidal as far as the Labour Party were concerned - 100 years behind the times
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Whether you agree with the last Labour manifesto or not, it was socially progressive, and comparable with many other European countries.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Socially progressive?
It would have bankrupted the Country, it was promises, promises, promises, absolute desperation of promising the whole world with no strategy or back up plan - it plan was get total control at all costS, and would have destroyed the Country - whilst still failing to fulfil its empty promises
Thankfully, the whole Country saw through it and knew it was absolute ludicrous
Those responsible for exactly what they deserved - the worst defeat since 1935
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Maybe you should read it before commenting further.
That said regardless of content, you are so indoctrinated you're unable to look at anything objectively.

I (along with the vast majority) heard enough about the empty promises through the news channels to know how cocky-eyed and totally absurd, the promises being made were
Even hard core Labour voters admitted it was totally out of proportion - why the hell do you think they experienced their worst defeat since 1935
Anyone who fails to accept that Labour’s manifesto was completely unrealistic is totally deluded

Read it and then try and claim it wasn't socially progressive.

Thanks - I’ll give it a go ππΌ
It’s about semantics though
What you call ‘socially progressive’ doesn’t mean that it was also totally unrealistic, unachievable, and for the majority, unbelievable

I agree that some content was aspirational (especially in regard to tackling tax avoidance and inequality) but it was a step in the right direction.

I’ll give you that
TBH for all the criticism I’ve given Corbyn over the years - there’s no doubt, whether you like him or loathe him, he does seem like a thoroughly decent bloke who’s dedicated his entire life to supporting the underdog
That alone is worthy of respect ππΌ
