Skullduggery

What lengths do you think certain football clubs would go to for the seadon to be null and void therefore ensuring no relegation or promotion?

Now i am probably a pretty cynical person so it wouldnt surprise me if certain clubs at some point came out saying X amount of there players have tested positive for the virus.

Clubs like Brighton who initialy came out saying they do not think the season should resume due to safety fears and then a few days later said they would be willing to play if relegation is off the table.

I just dont trust certain clubs and the extreme measures they would go to due to money involved in prem survival.

Would they be required to give proof if they suddenly said players had tested positive?

Estimated £100k per championship club for testing.

Tests will be procured centrally by the EFL but the 24 Championship clubs will have to meet the costs themselves, estimated to be around £100,000 per side.

Less than 1%.

Surely has to be seen as a great result?

During the season how many players are out due to illness or injury?

This equals 2 per club and may not even be players.

Quite manageable, surely?

There's no reason not to crack on now. By all means change it if the situation worsens.

EFL results:

The EFL can confirm that 1014 players and Club staff from all 24 Championship Clubs have been tested for COVID-19 over the course of the last 72 hours, with two individuals testing positive from one Club.

Those players or Club staff who have tested positive will now self-isolate in line with the guidelines provided by the EFL and only those who have tested negative will be permitted to enter training ground facilities.

The EFL will continue to make regular and relevant announcements as appropriate in respect of the testing programme to support competition integrity and transparency.

No specific details as to Clubs or individuals will be provided by the League.
