So seems they are trying to minimise the risk of people going to grounds on certain matches.
What a load of codsbollocks .

You'd have to have a few of his better half scattered between to keep an eye on him!..

Even better, a WiFi speaker through which fans can be heard from their phone or other device!

The more I think about this idea the more I dislike it. Why is it fair to make our lads travel for two hours for a home game when the away side could get their journeys cut in half? That's probably one of two actual advantages left for home teams when playing behind closed doors.
Where would these neutral venues be? League two stadia? That also seems to disadvantage any side who play on a higher quality pitch aimed at nicer football.

Police will claim that Leeds fan will turn up to celebrate promotion in person. Personally I think the risks are minimal and can easily be managed. But the police have their own view of the world.

So let me think. Either I can stay at home and watch the game on TV with a few beers and a pizza. Or I can miss the game completely, drive to the ground in the hope of watching a bus full of players drive past before I'm moved on by the police.
Tough choice.
