Goals VAR would have given/overruled?

Some of the goals that were given but VAR wouldn't have and some that should have been given and would have been given by VAR - though that goal against United, people in China saw that

A Particular club have been beneficiaries of some of these...Wonder which one?

That Nani goal and the non-goal by Mendes still anger me now

The Mendes one is just down to a blind or corrupt linesman rather than VAR not existing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The guy was nowhere near in line and the keeper shielded part of his view.

If he was corrupt, do you really think this is how that corruption would show itself? Come on.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Blind or corrupt is the best way to explain such incompetence.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Or, he simply made a mistake.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Think you're takings things a little too literally. Yeah I know he made a mistake but it was a godawful one.

Apologies, yes I had... some people throw the corruption suggestion out there in all seriousness!

Sorry, overreacted there.

Look no further than VAR for proof of how subtle biased officials are, they fail to act upon an on field error by the referee and than a few days later will act upon an almost identical incident in a different game, depending on which team is involved of course.

All VAR has done is prove what many of us already knew, that there is bias, benefit of doubt, corruption etc awash within the PL.

The Mendez one was a bad error but as I have mentioned, the Drogba decision was a worse error. Take the Mendez incident and change Utd for Southampton, and the fuss wouldn't have been even half as much.

both games involved Utd. If Drogba off side was vs Norwich no one would care. That Spurs game would have been a very rare win at OT, would have been huge for us that season.

The Mendes one was so bad, so obvious, 1 yard over the line. Almost all offsides happen in the blink of an eye whereas that Mendes one the ref should have been able to see it, let alone the lino. Both dreadful errors though.

Htf can there be a worse error than the ball being a metre over the line and not being given as a goal? Can it get any worse than not being given what was a clear goal?
