I thought this probably merits its own thread

Obviously the focus has been on the B teams but there is a lot more to it.
Stops the unfair relegation, without this crazy plan to have 6 relegations in one year.
Gives kelty and brora a deserved punt into the league
The partnership idea seems good and a nice option for teams who couldn't afford a full b team and would benefit player development for both times by letting you loan coaches.
Reducing games by 2 per season for the top 6 doesn't sound much but I think it would help our teams in Europe. We absolutely play too many games.
The b teams which people seem to be pointing at without looking at the rest even seem like a good compromise.
21 age cap, can't be promoted to top league. If you want one you have to pay £350k to the lower league over 4 years and £4k per match. An amazing injection of cash to the lower leagues.
I am unsure what's not to like?

Price is going up! Says starting cost is £125k in the report, you say it’s £350 in the OP, and you’re now up at £400k!
Lower leagues should just wait until Monday and they’ll be rolling in it.

It’s only benefiting themselves which I am not surprised at

Quite clearly the major beneficiary is as expected.
Just another example of how the game has been run for ever really.
The plan though does have some positives which make it worthwhile exploring
