a complete rerun of the 1966 World Cup Final on Channel 4 at 1.30 pm today. I shall watch it as I have not seen it in it`s entirity since I was at the match as a 17 year old. I stood on the terracing, and was behind the goal, and in line with Haller when he put Germany 1-0 up early on. I can still see that goal today. All turned out OK in the end though.
It sure doesn`t seem like 54 years ago since that famous day at Wembley.

Yeah I found the programme could have been done better.
In other news Pete Fisher has left his role at Spurs as head of pitchside care. He statement on social media i find strange:
‘After 14 seasons WE have ended OUR association with @SpursOfficial, I’ll no longer be the Head of pitchside care. I am truly humbled that the team I built had a positive impact, played a massive part in saving a players life and provided expert care. All of my team left #Loyalty’

One was offside
One was a free kick taken 2 quickly
one obviusly did not cross the line
One was scored while pitch invasion so game shuddabeen stop
