The huge CAS bout is set to start next week with a gruelling 3 day hearing whereby come August we have a decision on whether City were harshly treated or a stinky bunch of cheats
In February, UEFA banned City from Europe for the next two seasons and fined them €30m (£26.06m) for "serious breaches" of the FFP rules and for failing to co-operate with the investigation.
Representing City are David Pannick QC of Blackstone Chambers and Paul Harris QC of Monckton Chambers.
Lord Pannick successfully represented Gina Miller against the government in September when the Supreme Court decided the Prime Minister Boris Johnson acted illegally by suspending Parliament.
And in the UEFA corner we have Dr Jan Kleiner, a partner at Bär & Karrer and co-head of the Swiss firm's sport practice group, and Mark Phillips QC of South Square Chambers.
Who knows which way this fight will go! If City do lose though they’ll forever have an * next to their recent trophy haul

How come it's just UEFA competitions they get banned from? I take it the FA are fine with them cheating as money is more important than morals. Let some Saudi murderers take over Newcastle because it would be cool to have Coutinho at Newcastle and enhances the brand of the EPL.

If guilty no doubt the EPL will look at it as they have their won FFP and if CIty have breached that or have lied in stating they comply with it, then they may get done by the EPL too.
And if this filters into their proper financial accounts and they have misled the HMCR then they could get done for that too
