Some interesting news appearing Friday evening into Saturday morning.
"There are discussions at the minute with his representatives,"
"Ultimately he's a player we want around. He's a fantastic player. He's really blossomed over the last couple of seasons."
"He had a magnificent season this year and we want to keep him. It's as simple as that. We're doing everything we can to keep him here for at least another season anyway.
"I think he is [happy]. I think he's got a fantastic relationship certainly with me and my backroom team and his team-mates.
"You can see how much the supporters appreciate him as well. I think that's reciprocated.
"He's grown into a top-class striker. Of course there is going to be speculation around a player of that quality. But we're comfortable at the minute with the position we're in with him."
Those were the words of Neil Lennon in an interview about Edouard potentially staying on for 1 more season at least.
I'd resigned myself to losing him this summer, however, that was before the pandemic and perhaps that's tilted it all in our favour.
It would be an unbelievable boost for the whole club to keep Eddy next season.
Forster is the other big move we need to go in our favour and i'm confident we'll get that done, whether it be a loan or a permanent deal, either or will do for now.
Training resumes in small groups on Thursday and it will be good to see things creeping back to normal that tiny bit further again. With the season kicking off in just 7 weeks time, we're almost through this and getting the football back will be a significant step

We'll need to meet for a pint or 6 when this is over.
Every one of my search enquiries has Screwfix much cheaper.
And they confirm orders within minutes.
Waited near 4 hours at the height of C19 to get on to b&q site.
They said they had all of the 26 items I wanted.
When I got checkout they only had 2 of them in stock.
Shambles of a company.

They were tolerated because the alternative was probably worse. Glasgow at least was well socially distanced.

There were reported to be less than 140,000 who turned up at over 200 protests. All of them walking around the place.
Can’t compare that to football stadia where everyone is sat in the same seat next to another person for two hours.
In so saying they should have been disbanded as it was quite clearly against the law.
