There’s an exclusive interview with Herrera on the Athletic today which goes into his time as a United player, the downfall of Jose, why he left and how much he loves Ole. Few quotes below..
Ander Herrera on man-marking Eden Hazard against Chelsea: "I said, ‘Jose, I am ready if you need me to man-mark him, to follow him everywhere. If he wants to go to the bathroom, I will go with him because I want to win the game’."
Ander Herrera: "It is true the last six months was a bit different, because he [Mourinho] had some disagreements with the club & the team was a bit, you know… when you see your manager has some confrontations with the club, you don't perform the same way."
Ander Herrera: "He [Solskjær] is, honestly, one of the best people I have found in football. I am still in contact with him because he is fantastic and deserves to be successful."
Ander Herrera on why he left #mufc: "It was not about money. It was not about the duration of the contract offer. In my opinion, I waited too long [for an offer] and deserved more attention from the club. I was a player that gave everything."
Ander Herrera: "Even if I see Ed Woodward tomorrow, I’ll give him a hug because it is life. I had a great relationship with him. He is a very good man but we had some disagreements with our point of views about the team and about the club. That’s it."

It's not sly, it's right there and in my opinion a lot Utd fans do this often. It's on topic because this is an article that includes opinions of Herrera and I susoect Herrera us just going to keep getting better much like Carrick and Scholes. But I don't follow this logic, since it was a United fan, who brought Liverpool into this, replying to my comment. How could Liverpool fans, who had so far only commented on topic, have ruined the thread when it was a United fan who turned it into United v Liverpool and brought it off topic?
I think some people need to relax, understand that opposing fans are allowed to give opinions, on topic, even if not a positive, as long as it is in a debate form and not trying to rile people.
