Manchester United have changed my mind

I've always watched them for the football, and knew they were a bit unsavoury behind the scenes, especially after Munich.

But what a change, I'm proud of them and the team. They have paid everyone throughout the crisis. The team have agreed a pay cut, Rashford has been à star, Mata and others, eg Lingard have played their part.

I'm proud to support them.
Of course there will be times when the opposite happens,
But just for today
Hurrah

It's actually rather disconcerting seeing we've been pretty much perfect throughout this crisis.

The way that many footballers have reacted and behaved in these testing and difficult times tells you a lot about those people's character off the field.

Rashford has provided millions of free meals to vulnerable people.

Henderson was at the forefront of the setting up a foundation set to raise millions for the NHS.

Kyle Walker made a mockery lockdown rules to hold parties in his flat and shaag prostitutes.

Rashford deserves so much praise for stepping up.

The fact that he's had to challenge the Government for meals over summer - Still a kid, being forced to ask grown men to actually do the right thing and support hungry children.

I think clubs like United and City have operated very well through the pandemic, but there is no excuse for them not to really and the way some of the other big clubs have gone about business has been shameful at times.

Big respect for Rashford though. Incredible sense of purpose from a 22 year old and there are more senior players around the world who should take note.

Yea, good to see us not put a foot wrong throughout the lockdown.

Our rivals on Friday, on the other hand...
