Havertz on his way

Don't know much about him. Does he play in Mason's zone?

Personally I see him playing further up than Mount. He would be competing more with CHO or Pullisic then mount, as will Ziyech.

Mount will be competing with RLC, Kovacic, Gilmour and the like.

Cover has been our biggest problem this year, in attack more than anywhere else (though our defence has struggled with injuries too). We are looking like we will have decent coverage all over the pitch now, but I do still hope for a left back upgrade.

It's looking very promising at the moment, but we must give the guys time to get to know each other. Also ,yes we do need another L/B and lets hope that Rudi gets back to his old self again. Kepa ! lets wait and see!

Sorry to say this Harlequin but Kepa is like a plaster , better to rip it off quickly, less pain.
He is not going to improve, we need a keeper now
Lampard does seem to see things quickly and acts ie Luiz being sold and he knows we have LB and CB problems, so I am sure he will act on that as well
but the keeper one I am sure he does not have any confidence in Kepa and neither do the players in front of him.
You can see it at every cross

Realistically I think this might be the peak (Ziyech & Werner), but that still makes this one of our best, most productive transfer windows of the Abramovich era.

I'd love Harvertz for reputation alone, proper statement signing, but he's attracting some very big fish. The Brentford guy seems more feasible to happen with Ziyech/Mount being the CAM options going into next season.

One slight concern is the lack of links to a quality CB. It's not a make or break issue but the right one on top of Ziyech, Werner, Chilwell, etc... takes this squad from one you'd expect to finish top 4 into being a genuine title contender within two years.

If we aren't keeping him, he'll be quite difficult to offload at any decent price...we're basically saying we fecked up here, & he's not worth the money

Sheriff we have messed up, I do not know who scouted him or what they saw but to be honest you could see he had issues with crosses in first few games and the other issues followed.
I don't think its an issue same we messed up, its not like its the first time and other clubs do the same,.
We have done it with Morata but got lucky and sold him quite well.
But we are going to have to swallow it with Kepa in my opinion and the same goes when we sell Drinkwater and Bakyoko.
Again I have to ask who the hell scouted Bakyyoko
have to say same thing

Kepa looked a lot more confident in the last two games we played. If he can maintain that confidence he may yet be the keeper we hoped.

I know not all cases are the same but Salah and KDB were released to soon at look how they have been recently. Let's see how he goes over the last few games.

I don't understand the criticism Kepa gets, as far as I'm concerned he's no where near as bad as some people would have you believe!
