The thing is Leicester could lose some players because big sides will come knocking for their quality players, but I like Wolves what they're doing as a club. Everton got an experienced manager and is willing to spend money, but they haven't signed proper quality players apart from Y. Mina and lost one with Gueye. So we need to wake up quickly and improve our first team.

Honestly not sure which manager would do better. No point in bringing topics like these up. Arteta has yet to prove himself, and if he is doing exactly what an experienced, and a respected coach like Emery had achieved, then who can do better? Arsenal are a mid table team, and if the transfer window isn't good, I think they'll stay there for some time. Other clubs will take this opportunity to move forward.

It look Liverpool 10+ years from mid table obscurity to become world's best team, and this was with big funding in transfer throughout.

We can't even beat Brighton without fans and the level of concentration in defending corners are appalling to watch.

Honestly not sure which manager would do better. No point in bringing topics like these up. Arteta has yet to prove himself, and if he is doing exactly what an experienced, and a respected coach like Emery had achieved, then who can do better? Arsenal are a mid table team, and if the transfer window isn't good, I think they'll stay there for some time. Other clubs will take this opportunity to move forward.

Another more experienced manager may have had a quicker impact, but they’d still want to change lots of the players as what we have been isn’t nearly good enough. Our problems are not just solved by getting a top manager, plenty off the pitch work is needed as well to get us competitive

But Arteta does need to at least establish a recognisable playing style one that we can build from and take into next season. Even if that means playing youngsters who are maybe more willing to get on board. We’re highly unlikely to get anything decent from this season in terms of league position, so I think he just needs establish a strict style before the season ends. We can’t just be fumbling through games looking clueless going into next season. If we’re going to get beat I want it so we’re at very least not handing games to opposition and making mistakes, there’s not really an excuse for that. So if he can’t start to sort that kind of Basic stuff out before the season ends it will be disappointing

Yes most of our more established players aren’t exactly that great anyway, so if he has to drop them because they won’t fit his vision, won’t listen or whatever then so be it. Most are likely to not be here by end of the season, or maybe a season or so after, so he may as well start building a team that works together and in his style. May as well be ruthless with it for rest of season, the established players we’ve used have barely done anything so may as well shake things up a bit

Its not only that. I compared Arteta tactics to that of Moyes rather than Pep or Wenger. The truth is this is still mostly Wenger's team. All the experienced players are Wenger players. So go for it. Attacking. Emery showed this lot cannot be do anything else or play with any maturity.

I noticed we were playing counter attack against Brighton. Our CBs were playing deep. There are no away games anymore so what are you scared off. There is no crowd. What was Arteta thinking?

Let's not forget when Brighton conceded it was a wake up call for them and Arsenal dropped defensively to maintain one-nil. Arsenal can't keep a clean sheet and the times we did, we got away with it too numerous occasions.
