Reasonably fully fit squad, we take on a dire West Ham in their Cup Final, should be a routine win, last season Spurs had half the team missing when West Ham mugged us in the corresponding fixure. Expect something like a 3 or 4-0 to Spurs this around though. Chance to put them closer to the Championship.

Was tempted to leave out Kane for Moura, as he clearly is way off the pace judging by his performance against United, but he does like a goal or two against the Hammers. So he starts. No need for Winks, total waste of a place in the side. Lamela and Moura decent off the subs bench.
I want to see a good strong attacking performance, none of this sitting back after going in front malarky. Spurs are so much better when they attack teams.
Top Four is probably gone now, but Europa League placing is still up for grabs. Any European footie is better than none. Other than no European football at all, an all out assault on the domestic front has to be a must for next season.

Who plays CM in that team along with Sissoko Sandy?

Don't need an absolute rigid system, players like Lo Celso, Lamela and Dele can all interchange and help as and when needed.

This is Jose mate, he is as rigid as they come!
He will always play two CMs and normally two with defensive mindsets.
That’s why we get Sissoko and winks. Should be Sissoko and Ndombele but something weird is going on with him.
Unless Lo Celso is considered a CM then we can’t really play dele, co Celso and Lamela, likely to just be one of those.

Agree Chronic, Kane was by a countrymile our worse player against United. But he likes scoring against West Ham, so starts for me.

I agree. Winks just doesn’t offer anything other than safe passing.
I really thought we were signing a top drawer CM in NDombele but apparently not.
It’s a tricky one, thought maybe Jose had had enough time to expriment

As in any other pre season I am expecting quite a few changes, we may as well let the whole squad see some action in the remainder of this unfair, tainted and sham of a season.
